2020 has been a year like no other. For me working as a hospice aide has changed a lot. I am 66 now and have just a little more time to do this wonderful work before I retire. I had been bathing an elderly man for weeks. He had declined from wheelchair to bedbound status, and he had accepted an indwelling catheter to assist him with his elimination needs. He and his wife of well over sixty years lived in a mobile home in a senior park and were very accepting of the situation they were in.
